Yahoo Fantasy Baseball tips for new managers

As this is my first season my aim is not to be last in my division.  Can any of the experienced players provide any advise to drafting to in season strategy?

Yes I think I’ve set it so a player on the IL can be added to your IL roster spot in anticipation. And yes, once they come off the IL you would need to drop someone else if your roster is already full.

I didn’t know “benched” players score points?

I had Nelson Cruz sitting today…..he made a pinch hit appearance and struck out. Instead of being remaining as 0 points for a Benched player the  points show -1 i.e his strike-out

These are points you would have scored if you put them into your starting lineup. They don’t count to your total. Nothing more frustrating then leaving a high scoring player on the bench

Or indeed when you jettison a player who promptly lets you know what a fool you’ve been by hitting a home run and stealing a base on the Opening day…  😳
